CONFIDENCE
The first step is to kick off with the right mindset.
There is a difference between “Wanting” something and actually taking “Action” for it. We help bridge the gap.
We work on creating a Growth mindset that identifies opportunity in struggles.
Then we apply a mindset that takes Ownership of the process and the results. The good and the bad.
We add a dash of The Not Giving a F*ck (respectively) Mindset. Control the Controllables. Learn what is important and spend your energy wisely.
We learn how to set goals correctly. We talk a lot about aligning it to your values so that it is not just ‘words’.
All of a sudden “I want to lose weight” turns into “I want to look hot in my swimmers, be comfortable, feel strong and be proud of myself” See which one is more motivating? It is a clear outcome, tied to emotion and value. All we do now is set a deadline and get to work.
What does this mean?
We now have the confidence to walk into the gym like we own the place and say out loud what we want, and not be afraid to work for it.
Without Confidence, we will never put ourselves first when we need to. There is a reason they say on a flight, “in the event of an emergency, make sure you secure your oxygen mask before helping others”
With confidence, we can take the first step to achieving the outcome you deserve.
With confidence, We are either WINNING or LEARNING. But never LOSING.
PROGRAMMING
Our 2nd Principle. We geek out on this.
Why should you have a customised program?
We define it as “A resource to follow and execute, that can deliver the outcome you want”
The best program is one you can stick to, understand and trust that it will deliver the specific result you want.
Each element should have a purpose of intention and should have the ability to see progression week after week.
The best program is one that gets you to your outcome and one that you can stick to.
A program encourages improvement in skill, strength and a sufficient stimulus for muscle to grow.
We get it, variety can be fun. But this will often come at a cost to the results you get. A new athlete can get results fairly easily because the stimulus is new. However, once you have been training consistently for over a year, results will begin to slow down and your program will need to be more customised and advanced.
Your life and recovery needs doesn’t match that of the person you follow on Instagram, so having a program designed for you and tracking the variables, means you can be more specific with your intentions.

NUTRITION
Our third principle.
Probably our most important principle.
A car doesn’t run without fuel and it doesn’t run very well without the right fuel.
The same can be said for a fire.
So if you want to get Stronger, Run further or Look better naked, then nutrition is a variable you will need to consider.
Through our E-Learning platform, we teach you about energy balance, food groups, the Australian Dietary Guidelines and tips and tricks to set you up for success in the kitchen or when you’re out with friends. We track progress, welcome feedback and adjust as needed.
We don’t believe in telling you what to eat, but rather coaching you to eat in accordance with your goal. For some, that might mean getting heavier and for others, it might mean getting lighter.
We also have a great referral process to an Accredited Dietician for anything out of our scope.
Diets or Growth phases are hard. But we can definitely make them easier with the right approach.
EDUCATION
Our fourth principle.
We aren’t there on a Saturday night and we might not be there for every session you’re in the gym, so we believe in empowering our clients through knowledge to make the best decisions for themselves and act in accordance with the outcome they want.
We take the confusion out of training and nutrition and give you the information relevant to you.
To be successful, it helps to understand how Training, Nutrition and Mindset all equally play a part in ensuring you WIN!
Our E-Learning platform is constantly growing and our clients have access to continue their learning.
Motivation can be achieved through knowledge. Those who understand, are more likely to execute and create long term changes.
Those who get the best results are those who are willing to take ownership and learn to create better habits outside of the gym.
