We have been coaching for a number of years and have helped over a hundred clients via our 5 step method. Using our 12 week and beyond program, we see women feeling strong and confident in their own body, never feeling confused about training and nutrition again and always working with purpose.

We deliver the best coaching service, that inspires change, empowers belief and delivers strong and healthy men and women, that extends far beyond a “PT session”. I'm the owner and head coach of Twelve20 Coaching. After over 5000 hours of coaching on the gym floor and online, I realised I felt most fulfilled when I was teaching my clients ‘why’ they should be doing something and empowering them to make better decisions for themselves. My goal is to help as many people as possible through Face-to-Face and Online Coaching as well as helping new Personal Trainers coming through the industry, to develop their skills and get their clients great outcomes. These personal and professional goals helped me to develop our 5 Principle method, that we will use to get you the results you deserve.

I joined Twelve20 as a client in 2020 when I got tired of doing the same thing each week and not getting any results, turns out I had no idea what I was doing. I was going to the gym for hours and hours every day doing random exercises feeling good and thinking i was doing it right and I was flat broke, so hiring a pt seemed like the dumbest idea at the time, however after months of me thinking that, I decided to go “stuff it” and I signed up for what I had no idea was going to be the best decision I could’ve ever made. Once I started to see the results I was looking for and changing my mindset, trying something different I decided to go out and study with the intention of becoming a personal trainer! My goal is to help as many people as possible through face to face and online coaching using the tools and resources, we have here at Twelve20
